At the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025, Herceg d.o.o. successfully commissioned a new state-of-the-art profile processing line — SCHIRMER BAZ Orbit / SU1 / KKF “Tandem” + SBZ.
This investment marks a significant step forward in modernizing production processes, aiming to increase capacity, quality, and automation in the production of PVC joinery.
Technical Features of the New Schirmer Line
The installed SCHIRMER BAZ Orbit / SU1 / KKF “Tandem” + SBZ line at Herceg d.o.o. represents one of the most advanced modular cutting and processing centers designed for automated processing of PVC profiles.
This line enables complete flexibility and a high level of automation — from profile feeding, through processing and cutting, to the output of finished elements ready for further production.

- 4-axis SU1 cutting unit for angled cutting from 45° to 135° with a maximum blade diameter of 600 mm
- Vibration sensors for tool breakage detection and process safety
- Pneumatically adjustable guides for different profile types
- Minimal profile processing remainder: 900 mm
